The blog Witch at TDW has threatened to expose me as the Indy Chicken. Jen also expressed her desire to expose my “Criminal Record” regarding tax issues at a failed business.
I feel that this needs to be addressed openly and truthfully.
The State of Indiana charged that the business had sales tax due. This business had actually overpaid the amount of sales tax it had collected in previous months. The money paid in error exceeded the amount of money that the state claimed was owed. The overpayment actually exceeded what the state claimed was due for both sales tax and withholding tax.
Bottom line, the combined taxes were less than the overpayment. The State was unwilling to adjust and had me arrested.
The case never went before the Trial Judge. The investigators for the State were unable to tell the Prosecutor how much money was owed. We had the records to prove our argument. The Prosecutor dropped the charges and expressed to my attorney and me that the charges should never have been filed in the first place.
I believe that Jen Wagner is working on behalf of local elected democrat officials. They are fishing for something, anything, to silence the Indy Chicken.
His message is, as I see it. Our city needs to respond to the crime now. Waiting for the State to step in is not the answer. I agree with the Indy Chicken’s message and I have posted so on various blogs.
City Leadership knows that the citizens of Indianapolis are responding to the Indy Chicken.
Here are the facts as I see them:
Our Mayor is a Democrat.
The President of the City Council is a Democrat.
Most members of the CCC that I have posted about are Democrats.
The Marion County Sheriff is a Democrat.
Jen Wagner aka TDW (Taking down words blog), is a Democrat Operative and is employed by the Democrat Party.
I am a Republican.
Mayor Peterson keeps referring to the fact that we haven’t released a jail prisoner early for months.
That’s great! But why aren't we taking more criminals off the street? If we have jail space why can’t we fight this plague? Mayor Peterson stated in his push for the consolidation that he would increase the amount of officers on the street. He didn’t. Did Mayor Peterson lie? The Indy Chicken thinks so. We have fewer officers on the streets now than before the merger. Several neighborhoods are going un-patrolled. Indianapolis has a serious crime problem. Our murder rate is up by over 50% and we are tracking a repeat of that number right now.
On TDW, Jen has openly expressed that Indianapolis has a crime problem. That’s what the Indy Chicken is stating.
Who’s the hypocrite? The Chicken? Or the mudslinger for the Democrat Party?
If you agree with the Chicken do something about it
If you agree with the Democrat Operative Blog Witch Jen Wagner, well...go a head and stick your head in the sand and see what gets accomplished.
We can attack the rising crime now. But Indianapolis needs help. Lord knows that Mayor Peterson is doing next to nothing. Got ideas? Get involved contact the Indy Chicken, I did.
The Indy Chicken has a web Site, www.TheIndyChicken.com. Or you can e-mail indychicken@yahoo.com
I’ll be praying for Indy, God knows we need help.
I will not confirm or deign the accusations.

Your secret is out Ernie; you are the indy chicken. No wait, I forgot, I am the Indy Chicken. Sir Hailstone is and so is Joe Friday. If you are concerned about rising crime in this city, and wonder why the city's democrat administration and sheriff seem want to only put their collective heads in the sand; then you are the Indy Chicken too. This should not be a partisan issue, but it has become one based on the one party monopoly on city government and their inaction. If a democrat, republican or libertarian shakes their head in sadness at the events over the last several months, then he/she is also the Indy Chicken.
Look, Jen Wagner is a tool - all the ways you can think of. She has made some deal with the Bart Devil and Democratic party and she is self important.
I am sure Jen, Wilson (a co-hort) and all purer than the driven snow. Yeah, right.
In reality we ALL have something in our past that we are not proud of and have learned from it, put it behind us and moved forward. Indyernie? The Chicken? Doesn't matter to me. I think the message is bigger than the Chicken because it speaks the truth.
I know I would be proud to call you friend.
Indy Chicken has more support than it knows. Did you know? Elected precinct committeemen are the smallest elective office defined in the Constitution.
Corruption starts at the bottom and goes up. An individual has to possess a corruptable nature from the beginning to become involved on that level. Citizens who will sell their vote for a few pieces of silver are "snakes in the grass" and hide behind the people they select at Party slating conventions. On election day, over zealous ones will do whatever it takes to help their candidates to win, even violate the laws as long as they don't get caught in the act.
The Indy Chickens were out in force tonight. Thanks to all.
One of these days the Leadership in Indy will come to its senses.
